Tonight is the Big One.
The Granddaddy of them All.
The culmination of the major storylines of the past twelve months.
You might think that I'm calling a sudden game of Starfall, whether or not people have characters made. I'm not. Tonight, you see, is Wrestlemania.
Four hours. Eleven matches. Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton vs. Kurt freakin' Angle.
I posted my predictions on another forum a couple of days ago. I'll post them here to submit myself to public ridicule when they all turn out to be wrong. We can also talk about Wrestlemania on this thread... I know that Nephallim and Myridd are going to see it too.

Anyway, predictions. We'll see how many I get.
Bottom of the card up.
Playboy Pillow Fight:
I predict I will eat a sandwich and dream of the day when there's a better MMORPG out than EQ2. Candice wins; she seems to be WWE's current eye candy of choice.
Women's Title:
This should be one of the best women's matches of the last few years. I think Trish retains, then drops to Mickie either on Raw within a few weeks or at the next Raw PPV.
Handicap Match:
Boogeyman squashes Booker. Sharmell eats worms.
Casket Match:
Buyrates for the next 3 PPVs get buried if Undertaker loses this one. I think Vince knows that, so the Deadman survives, streak intact. Taker's record with big casket matches isn't all that great, though...
Tag Team Title match:
Carlito and Masters are on their ways to big singles pushes, and I'm actually predicting a Masters face turn in the coming year. They win the belts to fuel that push, and maybe Kane or Show turns on the other after they lose the belts, giving us the groundwork for two decent feuds out of one match.
US Title:
JBL's been having a bad year. He went from the top of the card for nearly 12 months to about the same amount of time as a jobber. I predict he wins this one, but the feud continues. I also predict this will be a really good match.
No Holds Barred:
Vince loses at WrestleMania when he's evil. He knows that his losses help sell PPVs and turn into a win for him anyway.
Money in the Bank:
I honestly have no clue who's winning this one... won't be Flair or Finlay, though. I'll go with Shelton, because that guy's just about ready to make his first shot for the top.
Hardcore Match:
Edge. Foley does the job, and makes Edge look amazing.
WWE Title:
I want to say Triple H, but I'm kind of thinking Cena retains on a technicality, pushing this feud further. The Game comes out of the end of the feud on top, and his win is the last match of this feud between these two except one Raw rematch.
World Heavyweight Title:
I would not want my life riding on this prediction. I honestly have no clue... it seems even, in terms of chances, though my opinion might change tomarrow night. I want Rey Mysterio to win. He's the only one of the three who's never held the World Title, and he has worked his ass off for quite a while. He deserves a run at the top. Then again, Orton's one of the best young talents Vince has on the payroll, and Angle is... Angle. Whomever wins, I'm okay with it, but I'll go with my heart here and say Rey Mysterio.
Let's see if I'm right about these results. The ones I'm most sure about are Undertaker and HBK; I'm least sure about Money in the Bank and the triple threat.

7/11 right.
Loved Triple H's entrance, Money in the Bank, the Women's Title match, both no-rules matches, and the triple-threat.

Favorite Moment: Booker T. saying "I'm not a freat magnet" and being made a liar in seconds.
Biggest Dissapointment: Khaine's entrance. The past two Wrestlemania's, Khaine's had the best entrances in the show...creative use of pyros. This year...it just sucked. I still think he had the best music though *nod nod*
P.S. I realize I mispelled Kane's name...I'm leaving it for the sake of a character on the NWN PW I'm on...RIP Jack of Knives.

Announced on Raw last night, for Backlash:
Vince and Shane vs. Shawn Michaels and God.
Now, the question is, will Michaels be tagging with Foley (since Foley is God) or JBL (I... am a wrestling... god.)

Or Triple H, since he's the " King of Kings "

Only thing I know is, God had better show up, or Vince'll fire Him.
