How about if I make a suggestion first? I was thinking of doing a round-robin, or possibly interactive, story. Maybe one of each. Basically, they would be things for people to write when they were online and nothing was being talked about. The difference: A round-robin story would consists of each person simply taking over and writing the next part of the story. Nothing would be 'protected' content, and no one would be responsible for the development of any given character. Each person would simply pick up where the last left off. An interactive story, on the other hand, would be akin to a GM-less forum-based RPG. Each writer would have characters they could mark as 'protected,' meaning that only that writer would be allowed to create major developments for those characters. Opinions?

I like both ideas. Round-robins are challenging, but so are interactive stories. One offers more opportunities for longer development and the other offers opportunities for silliness to ensue.
