Here are the modifications to the basic Iron Heroes system that I am using:
1. Speak Language is removed from the Academics skill group. It's a really powerful group even without Speak Language, and Starfall doesn't have enough languages to put that skill into a group - a moderately-intelligent character will speak a large percentage of the available languages anyway.
2. Attacks of Opportunity from movement will be resolved in the same way they are in D&D 3.5. I'm just not fond of the Iron Heroes AoO system.
3. Hunters gain an ability at level 4 called "Seize the Opening." It is an Extraordinary ability that allows them to, as an immediate action, gain a number of Tactical tokens equal to the number of tokens an ally had in a target-specific pool that is being reset because of the death of the target. This is to eliminate a problem base Iron Heroes has of these token pools being useless or close to it to high damage-output characters.
4. All characters gain maximum HP at every level. This is to counterbalance the increased damage output that Starfall characters have over base Iron Heroes characters.
5. Arctic Born and Jungle Born are removed from the trait list. This is because of lack of tundra and jungle areas on the Starfall world - there is tundra, but a character concept that would involve it would end up being extremely contrived, since nobody lives there.
